Job summary

Bloom Care Solutions Inc. is seeking compassionate PSWs to provide high-quality personal care to clients in the community. You will support activities of daily living, assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility, while maintaining client independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• PSW certification or diploma required.
• First Aid and CPR Level C certificate.
• Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 1 year).
• TB test and immunizations up to date.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within a community.
• Strong time management, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent communicator with healthcare staff and clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Eagerness for continuous learning and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care to the client.
• Assists with ADLs including meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and more.
• Help client ambulate and transfer safely.
• Perform delegated tasks as required.
• Promote client independence.
• Provide psychological and emotional support.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with client, family and stakeholders.
• Support a safe environment for client and worker.

• 2 Steps of Tuberculosis (TB) Test and Immunizations ( up to date)

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: Starting at $20.95 per hour
