Job summary

Bloom Care Solutions Inc. is hiring healthcare staff to provide compassionate, quality personal care to clients in the community. The role supports ADLs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safe transfers, with emphasis on independence and emotional support.

Candidates must have a PSW certification or diploma, CPR level C, up-to-date immunizations, and valid Vulnerable Sector Screening. Travel within the community is required; flexible hours and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• PSW certification or diploma is a must.
• First Aid and CPR level C certificate.
• Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within 1 year.
• TB test and up-to-date immunizations.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within a community.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care to the client.
• Supports client in ADLs including meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry.
• Assist client in safely ambulating and transferring.
• Perform delegated tasks as required.
• Promote client independence and provide emotional support.
• Provide clear communication to client, family and stakeholders.
• Promote a safe environment for client and worker.

Education

Pay rate: Starting at $20.95 per hour
