CarePartners in Ontario is seeking a Personal Support Manager for the Quinte area to coordinate and supervise the delivery of Community Health Services. This full-time role involves leading Community Support Workers, developing care plans, and collaborating with Ontario Health atHome.
You will be a registered nurse or registered practical nurse with 3–5 years of experience, valid CNO registration, and valid CPR. Travel by vehicle is required; bilingual English/French is an asset.

We are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic Leadership Team in the role of Personal Support Manager for the Quinte area. The primary role of the Personal Support Manager is to provide effective coordination and supervision of the delivery of Community Health Services.
This is a Full-Time position. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday as well as participation in the Branch Manager On-Call, which includes evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.

In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings.
