Job summary

This is a great opportunity for a Personal Lines Broker to join an established insurance brokerage in Listowel or Stratford, ON. You will own a Personal Lines book, providing knowledgeable advice and building long-term client relationships, with the chance to broaden experience into Commercial Lines and Farm insurance.

Responsibilities include handling Home/Auto/Property, preparing quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, while delivering exceptional service to clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines broking experience.
• Active RIBO license required.
• Experience servicing an established Personal Lines book of business.
• Strong understanding of Personal Lines products and coverages.
• Strong client relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Applied EPIC experience is an asset, but not required.

• Take and submit new claim reports and provide appropriate follow-up.
• Monitor client accounts and resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, customer-first team environment.
• Have the opportunity to gain exposure to Commercial Lines and Farm insurance.

About the Opportunity

Our client is a long-established insurance brokerage with a strong history of serving its local communities. They are looking for a Personal Lines Brokerto join their team in either their Listowel or Stratford, ON office.

This is a service-focused opportunity where you will take ownership of anestablished Personal Lines book of business, providing knowledgeable advice and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

The role will primarily focus onPersonal Lines, including Home, Auto, and Property, with the opportunity to gain exposure toCommercial Lines and Farm insuranceas well.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000–$59,000 base salary, based on experience
