Impact Recruitment is seeking a Personal Lines Broker in Saskatoon to manage and grow a book of business, delivering exceptional customer service while evaluating risks and negotiating coverages with insurers.

The role focuses on selling Personal Lines policies, binding new business, and renewing client coverage while identifying cross-sell opportunities within the local community.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Personal Lines with Level 1 minimum; Level 2 is an asset.
• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience required.
• Provide excellent customer service across varying client scenarios.
• Strong detail orientation, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in clients and discuss insurance needs.
• Answer client phone calls when available.
• Provide quotes and bind new Personal Lines policies.
• Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients.
• Complete policy reviews and renewals.

Our client is a community-based insurance brokerage located in Saskatoon, with a history of more than five decades, dedicated to offering creative and tailor-made insurance solutions for customers. They are in search of a Personal Lines Broker to become a part of their expanding team, contributing to safeguarding the assets of local community.

This Personal Lines Broker will manage and grow a book of business, provide excellent customer service with insurance products and policies, assessing and evaluating risks, determining coverage levels, and negotiating with brokers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
• Answer phone calls from clients when available
• Provide quotes and bind new insurance policies in Personal Lines
• Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients

Qualifications

• Level 1 general license, Level 2 is an asset
• Minimum 3years' experience in Personal Lines insurance
• Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge in BMS software
