Qualifications

• Licensed insurance professional with General Insurance License Level 1 or 2.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Personal Lines.
• Post-secondary education and/or CIP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Review current coverage and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Analyze risk profiles and rate risks according to guidelines.
• Prepare quotes for new business and support cross-selling/upselling.
• Prepare renewal documentation and process endorsements with accuracy.
