Job summary

Team Insurance Brokers Inc. is recruiting a Personal Lines Advisor for our Winnipeg, Manitoba office. The role focuses on renewing and maintaining an existing client base and writing new business, with collaboration across the Personal Lines Team and occasional support for Auto and Travel Health Insurance.

The ideal candidate has Personal Lines experience, Autopac/IWS knowledge, and a Level 2 license or is actively pursuing CAIB/CPIB designations. Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication.
Careful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple policy tasks.
Experience in Personal Lines insurance and knowledge of Autopac/IWS.
Level 2 Insurance License or progress toward it.
CAIB or CPIB designation pursued or intended.
Experience with Epic software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Renew and maintain existing clientele and write new business.
Collaborate with the Personal Lines Team and support Auto/Travel insurance when needed.
