Job summary

FSB GROUP LTD. is seeking a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines professional in Vaughan, Canada. The role focuses on renewals, remarkets, and policy changes, delivering tailored coverage and building long-term client trust.

The candidate will advise clients, identify cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with insurers, underwriters, and the team to ensure timely follow-ups and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license (in good standing)
• 2+ years of personal lines experience (brokerage preferred)
• Strong knowledge of home and auto policies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A client-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience with PowerBroker (BMS system) an asset

Responsibilities
