Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to service and grow a portfolio of personal insurance clients in Ottawa, Ontario. You will handle auto, home, condo, and tenant policies, deliver tailored solutions, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in personal lines, proficiency with Applied Systems Epic and Microsoft 365, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Personal Lines Insurance Broker role (or similar personal insurance position)
• Proficiency with Applied Systems Epic (daily hands‑on experience required)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Solid understanding of personal insurance products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions

Compensation:

$60K - $70K per year + full benefits packages +commission

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
