Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Saskatoon is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee to guide customers to the right staff and help with new accounts, investments, and banking solutions. You will engage customers daily, support frontline staff with transactions, and educate on mobile, ATM, and online banking.

A high school diploma is required, with 1+ years of relevant experience; post-secondary degree is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and branch software is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact person for appropriate banking solutions.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and educate customers on digital banking.
