BMO Financial Group is seeking a Branch Lobby Leader/Personal Banking Advisor to deliver exceptional service in Richmond Hill. You will greet customers, guide them to digital options and offer advice on banking and investment solutions.

Collaborate with branch teams and partners to identify referrals, address everyday banking needs, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months) - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers as they enter the branch and guides them to digital and self-serve options.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice on banking services and investment options.
• Collaborates with branch partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships with BMO.
