High-level knowledge of personal, commercial and partner offers and how each serves customers’ needs.
Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

Identifies customer needs and initiates referrals to BMO colleagues.
Supports customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and inquiries.
Welcomes customers and meets banking service and transactional needs with seamless execution.
Offers guidance on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
