Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable.
• Canada-specific: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (within 12 months).
• Confident with using social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales is a plus.
• Strong focus on delivering a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers in the branch lobby and advise on digital/self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions across banking channels.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to address personal banking and credit card needs.
• Execute transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Support branch operations and compliance processes, including risk controls.
