Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Canada is seeking a Branch Lobby Leader to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through personal banking and investment options. You will collaborate with partners to grow customer relationships, identify referral opportunities, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while supporting branch operations.

Fluency in English and French is required as the role supports clients across Quebec.

Qualifications

Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications
Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a focus on personal customer experience
Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists

Responsibilities

Welcomes and guides customers in branch, offering advice on digital/self-serve options
Identify referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow customer relationships
Provide personal banking and investment guidance in conversations
Meet transaction-based needs with accurate execution
Engage customers in needs-based discussions to address banking and credit card needs
Support branch operations and risk/compliance processes
Collaborate within the branch and market team to improve customer experience
