Job summary

TD Bank Group is hiring a Personal Banking Associate in Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot, QC. You will educate customers on mobile and online banking and support frontline teams with daily branch operations.

You should bring a High School diploma and 1+ years’ experience; IFC within 90 days is required. A post-secondary degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, and digital education.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions.
• Promote TD products and services to customers and improve branch operations.
