Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable
• Canada: registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (within 12 months)

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice regarding financial solutions.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to grow customer relationships beyond personal banking.
• Guides customers to digital and self-serve options for easy, fast banking.
• Performs lobby duties and handles transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Reviews customer profiles and identifies opportunities for personal banking and credit card needs.
• Ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Supports branch operations and team-based goals.
