• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; tech-savvy and comfortable with social media.

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects with needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Identify financial solutions across everyday banking, retail investments, lending, home financing, and small business needs.
• Provide guidance on digital and self-serve options to make banking easier and faster.
• Support customer transactions and day-to-day banking needs across channels and branches.
• Build relationships by generating appointments and outreach in the community.
• Ensure compliance with risk, credit, and regulatory requirements in lending recommendations.
