Job summary

Qualifications

• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists

• Welcomes and guides customers entering the branch and offers advice on digital and self-serve options to simplify their banking experience
• Maintains customer profiles and engages in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities across personal banking and credit cards
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and grow the customer relationship
• Delivers service with accuracy and completes transactions efficiently
• Supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and privacy
• Acts as a key member of the branch and market team, contributing to business results and customer experience
• May work across multiple branches or channels based on market needs and schedule variations
