Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and related teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact person for solutions.
• Build customer confidence in digital banking via mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; report issues to management.
• Recommend improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in timely completion of business processes and procedures.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with regulations and conduct codes.
