Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • IFC certification or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
  • Post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, branch software and internet.
  • Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communicator with good verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, and digital education.
  • Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact for solutions.
  • Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital channels.
  • Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard issues.
  • Suggest improvements to branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct.
  • Promote teamwork and participate in personal development to achieve goals.
