Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Strong administration and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day service needs, and banking solutions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions.
• Build confidence in digital banking including mobile, ATM and online services.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions.
• Recommend improvements to branch operations for better customer experience.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
