Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate for our Cap Rouge branch to build relationships, guide customers to the right staff, and help with new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will engage customers in daily service transactions, educate on mobile and online banking, and support branch operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

This role offers growth opportunities within TD's customer-focused banking team.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.
  • Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, and banking solutions.
  • Guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions while protecting confidentiality.
  • Build customer confidence in digital banking by educating on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
  • Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters.
  • Recommend improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with TD's policies.
