Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of investing and credit processes for personalized advice.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Tactful communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit options.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and build relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice to increase loyalty and returns.
• Act as a point of contact for frontline staff and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain professional space in common areas per guidelines.
• Discuss portfolio updates and suggest personalized solutions.
• Stay informed on regulations and contribute to process improvements.
• Meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
• Prepare documents in line with regulations and business intentions.
• Collaborate with team and mentor others as needed.
