Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Pointe-Claire invites an organized Personal Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will deliver sound financial planning advice and promote banking solutions in a friendly, professional manner.

You’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, conduct reviews, and refer to specialists when appropriate, while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
• Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes to advise customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking products.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and build lasting relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice to increase loyalty and portfolio quality.
• Act as a frontline contact for customer issues and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure documents comply with relevant regulations and reflect business intent.
• Collaborate with team to review portfolios and discuss opportunities for products.
