Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience an asset.
• Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes used to provide personalized advice.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from available investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and answer questions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems.
• Maintain professional space in common areas following guidelines.
• Discuss portfolio updates and suggest additional personalized solutions based on customer goals.
