Role Responsibilities:
  1. Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions.
  2. Engage with customers through thoughtful questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
  3. Provide personalized financial advice to increase customer confidence and address concerns.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer issues.
  5. Maintain professional standards in shared spaces.
  6. Conduct financial reviews and suggest solutions aligned with customer goals.
  7. Stay informed about industry regulations and participate in process improvements.
  8. Strive to meet service level agreements and productivity targets.
  9. Ensure documentation complies with regulations and reflects business intentions.
  10. Contribute to a positive, diverse team environment and mentor others.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma and/or 1 year relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree is an asset.
  • Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.
  • CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired.
  • Experience in real estate secured lending or investments is an asset.
  • Knowledge of investing, credit processes, and banking solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
