Position Details

Remote: 100% remote within the Bank's footprint, with occasional in-person meetings.

Market: Wheeling

Work Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years banking experience including banking operations, money movement, and/or exceptions processing
  • Strong knowledge of exceptions processing preferred
  • Minimum of two years' supervisory or leadership experience
Job Description
Summary

Manage and oversee the Adjustments area within Money Movement, supervising deposit adjustments and item processing teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with team members to drive efficiency and excellent customer service.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and discipline in accordance with policies and laws.

Essential Duties
  • Lead and manage team operations, including hiring, scheduling, and training
  • Oversee daily operations of adjustment items and deposit review

  • Implement and monitor processes, ensure automation and scalability
  • Maintain documentation and controls, including SOX compliance
Other Requirements
  • Adhere to banking regulations and complete compliance training
  • Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of FIS IBS preferred
  • Ability to learn banking systems
