Job summary

Drake International is seeking experienced end-to-end permanent placement recruiters to join our Canada-wide team. Build the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to close while delivering talent across industries.

You will partner with clients and candidates, stay ahead of market hiring trends, and have the flexibility of hybrid work as you own a vertical you’re passionate about. Drake supports defined growth paths and direct access to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in permanent placement or executive search recruitment.
• Experience running a full 360 recruitment desk.
• History of prospecting, negotiating, and closing with multi-level contacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and sense of urgency.

What You'll Do

• Generate a consistent pipeline of new job orders across your vertical/territory
• Own the full 360 cycle: business development, candidate sourcing, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing
• Build direct, proactive relationships with clients, both existing accounts and new business
• Become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates in your space
• Stay close to your market, tracking hiring trends and movement, and turn that insight into new business

What You Bring

• A proven track record of success in permanent placement / executive search recruitment
• Experience running a full 360 recruitment desk, from business development through close
• A history of prospecting, negotiating, and closing business with multi-level contacts
• Sharp customer service and negotiation instincts, with a real sense of urgency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
