The Marshall Group-Staffing, Recruitment & Employment Agency (Dental & Medical) is assisting a perio dental office in Etobicoke to hire an experienced Dental Receptionist for Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with a potential extra day soon.

Requirements: 4–5 years in dental front desk, Dentrix experience, excellent English, and experience in a specialty office (preferably perio). Compensation is CAD 25–30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years as a dental receptionist.
• Dentrix experience preferred.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
• Experience in a specialty office, preferably perio.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Create a great first impression and foster loyalty.
• Schedule/confirm appointments by telephone and in person.
• Send confirmations by email/phone and follow up as needed.
• Provide information about the practice and route calls appropriately.
• Prepare and submit predeterminations from treatment plans.
• Verify procedures, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically.
• Receive and distribute mail, enter/scan payments and referrals.
• Accurately maintain charts and patient records.
