Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
• Make a great first impression and build long-term patient relationships
• Schedule and confirm appointments by phone and in person
• Present fees, estimate treatment costs and arrange payments
• Prepare and submit predeterminations from treatment plans
• Verify procedures, collect payments and submit insurance claims
• Receive and distribute mail, enter and scan payments
• Maintain patient charts and records
• Coordinate with couriers and labs; keep reception tidy
