RBC is seeking an Operations Specialist in Performance Measurement to analyze client rate of return and weight-based vs time-weighted calculations. You will partner with business teams and IT to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting of portfolio performance.

You will be central to inquiries on performance ROR, collaborate with Front Office, and support month-end/quarter-end workflows in a dynamic wealth management environment in Mississauga, Canada.

Formación

• Knowledge of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS), especially Time Weighted vs Money Weighted Return.
• Strong foundation in RBC WM’s operational and portfolio management systems (Broadridge, ServiceLink, ClientSource, ClientLink, FMC, PACER, PERSYS).
• Ability to work independently and in groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship management and analytical skills for research and resolution with Front Office stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage internal/external contacts to address issues and opportunities.
• Experience managing multiple project tasks and prioritizing deliverables.
• Capacity to escalate problems to management when needed.
• Ability to present data clearly to stakeholders across levels in the organization.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and understand clients’ accounts and portfolios returns.
• Analyze fluctuations in market value, gains/losses, and return of capital price changes; assess security-level attributions.
• Work independently and in groups to meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Support month-end and quarter-end processes with high volumes and tight timelines.
• Provide RBC divisions with superior service around portfolio performance and attribution.
• Investigate account activity and research transactions for performance impact across RBC systems.
• Guide DS branches and IC offices on policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor and advocate strong SLA performance and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with SMEs, PMs, IT and operations to implement solutions.
