Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto is seeking a Senior Data and Performance Analyst (term position) to support Canadian Wealth Management Operations by ensuring data quality, pricing accuracy, and correct CRM2/TCR reporting for multiple wealth lines. You will help ensure accurate book cost, fee and tax reporting and generate compliant client statements.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma or equivalent.
• CSC is an asset.
• 3–5 years’ experience researching and evaluating securities using information from exchanges, pricing vendors and other financial sources.
• Strong working knowledge of key Wealth Operations systems, including Score, Broadridge, PureFacts, CR, Excel, AS400, Fundserv, and WebPost.
• Experience in Wealth Operations with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of CRM2 and TCR requirements.
• Ability to handle high volume, multiple priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review prices daily/weekly/monthly using approved sources and pricing hierarchies to ensure accuracy and compliant client statements.
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies with Operations and data vendors.
• Review and reconcile daily performance reports for accuracy.
• Classify new securities daily to ensure accurate security classification in wealth systems and client statements.
• Review CRM2 and TCR fee reports and ensure accurate fee disclosures.
• Process year‑end book cost adjustments and support amended T5008 slips when required.
• Provide coverage for other desks to support continuity of operations.
