About The Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will report to our VP of Marketing who lives and breathes paid media. You're the kind of person who loves data and creative equally, constantly optimizes for ROI, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where results matter. You’ll take full ownership of our paid channels across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more with the goal of driving high-quality pipeline and brand visibility in a complex B2B market.

This isn’t a role where you “manage vendors.” This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves building and scaling campaigns, testing aggressively, and competing for attention in crowded markets. You’ll work closely with content, product marketing, and sales to align on strategy and then run with it like you own the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage all paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, retargeting platforms, etc.)
  • Build, test, and scale paid campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, not just MQLs
  • Write compelling ad copy, work with designers on scroll-stopping creative, and experiment relentlessly
  • Continuously optimize spend and performance across platforms and you're obsessed with CPL, CAC, and ROAS
  • Lead conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting in HubSpot and GA4
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product marketing to align messaging, offers, and personas
  • Stay sharp on algorithm changes, platform trends, and performance marketing best practices
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, emerging platforms, campaign types, audiences, etc.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Proven track record managing 5–6 figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta with results to show
  • Deep understanding of paid media strategy, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels
  • Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable with pivot tables, attribution models, and UTM tracking
  • A competitive mindset, you don’t just want your ads to run, you want them to win
  • Self-sufficient and action-oriented, you are able to own strategy and execution
  • Bonus if you’ve marketed to logistics, supply chain, or industrial buyers (but not required)
