The Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead cross-platform campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) focused on driving conversions, optimizing ROI, and scaling client growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and launch performance-driven campaigns for lead generation, ed-tech funnels, and coaching programs.
Manage and optimize budgets for large-scale campaigns, prioritizing CPA and ROAS.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing (audiences, creatives, landing pages) to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Deliver actionable insights through daily/weekly performance reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with web development and creative teams to build high-converting landing pages (ClickFunnels/WordPress).
Align with clients to refine campaign objectives and track closed-loop metrics.
Implement and audit tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, UTM parameters).
Resolve data discrepancies to ensure campaign accuracy.
Requirements
Core Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on sales/conversions.
Proven track record in optimizing large-scale campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration.
Adaptability to adjust strategies in dynamic environments.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable laptop and stable internet connection (essential for remote work).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with YouTube Ads (ed-tech/coaching niches preferred).
Basic HTML/CSS for landing page adjustments.
