Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a People Services AI Solutions & Configuration Lead to shape AI-enabled HR services within Workday and related platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable configuration, collaborate with HR, technology, analytics, architecture, governance, and product teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring governance and scalability.

Qualifications

7+ years configuring or implementing Workday in a complex enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in Workday configuration (security, business processes, calculated fields, condition rules).
Experience leading complex solution design and configuration initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle events, and HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical configuration lead for AI-enabled People Services solutions.
Translate requirements into configuration designs and platform enhancements.
Design and configure AI-enabled capabilities within Workday and related platforms.
Lead discussions and technical impact assessments with HR and technology stakeholders.
Partner with Product Leads, Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Test Leads throughout delivery lifecycle.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and design decisions.
