Job summary

Manulife is advancing its People Services with AI-enabled capabilities and a dedicated testing-led role. You will gather requirements, translate needs into user stories, and lead testing to ensure compliant, high-quality HR solutions.

You will coordinate across HR, product, and technology teams to validate readiness for production. This individual contributor position requires strong analytical能力, stakeholder management, and ability to lead testing activities across regions and tester groups,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in technology testing, UAT, QA, or related roles.
• Experience performing requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate business needs into delivery, testing, backlog, and release artifacts.
• Strong facilitation and communication to structure stakeholder input.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements for AI-enabled features and updates.
• Support stakeholder discussions, workshops, and sessions to capture needs, risks, and outcomes.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, processes, and business rules with Product Lead and HR SMEs.
• Map current and future workflows to support design, testing scope, training, and release planning.
• Develop and maintain test plans, approaches, and release validation for AI-enabled features.
