• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences and influence behaviour change through coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder consultation.
• Demonstrated curiosity and interest in emerging learning practices, technologies, AI-enabled tools, and future workforce trends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, behaviour change strategies, and performance consulting practices.
• Strong critical thinking, needs analysis, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify capability and performance gaps.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage audiences at all levels.
• Strong organizational, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives.
