As the People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the employee life cycle, including supporting administration, coordination of onboarding of new hires, transfers, departures, payroll and partnering with other team members and departments to ensure that we are providing a fulfilled people experience to our talent. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will represent the media agencies that you are supporting as well as the People Team internally and externally, exemplifying our values in all interactions.
As part of the People Operations team, you are a valued member of the larger People & Culture Team and you will be the main point of contact for general employee questions regarding company policy and procedures related to Human Resources and Talent, while also directing employees to the appropriate teams if needed. The P&C Coordinator will act as an ambassador to employees and business leads across GroupM and its operating agencies by engaging in projects, programs and initiatives.
As part of the GroupM People team, you’ll be exposed to all functions within the HR team, including but not limited to, total rewards, performance management, payroll, HRIS, recruitment, employee relations, policies, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their human resources career and is looking to develop operational and strategic skills within a large, multi-matrix, global organization.
