Goway Travel was founded in Toronto in 1970 by Bruce Hodge, a young Australian economist who moved to Canada to follow his dreams.

The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People & Culture Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance the operational and strategic aspects of People & Culture while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace. The People & Culture Manager will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations, and driving initiatives that align with our company’s business objectives.
