We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our P&C team and play a key role in delivering a positive, organized, and supportive employee experience for over 130 employees across multiple locations. As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be a trusted, central point of contact for employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle - from onboarding through changes, development, and offboarding. You will provide hands‑on coordination and administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, benefits, payroll support, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is well‑suited for someone who is detail‑oriented, approachable, and enjoys contributing to a values‑driven, not‑for‑profit organization.

Salary Range: $40,295.40 - $44,772.60 (based on a 0.6 FTE)
