We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, People & Culture (P&C) role. The Manager, People & Culture will be aligned to specific Corporate department(s) / client group(s) to provide ongoing HR and people management support and advice to leaders, enabling them to make informed business decisions that have people implications. The Manager, People & Culture will partner with business leaders at various levels, to execute several or all of the following disciplines (in partnership with Centres of Excellence): recruitment, performance management, talent development, succession planning, learning & development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation, and change management.
This role is based in Four Seasons, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the SVP, Corporate People and Culture. This role involves interactions with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
