Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to design and implement case management life cycles, UI components, and data workflows.

The role involves configuring data pages, business rules, and integration points with REST, SOAP and MQ services in a complex enterprise environment. You will work on RBAC, deployment processes, and administration tasks, collaborating with cross functional teams in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Experience designing case life cycles, routing, and approvals.
• Proficient in UI development and building portals/views.
• Experience configuring Data Pages and data transforms.
• Knowledge of Declarative Rules, Decision Rules, and activities.
• Experience in integrating external systems via REST, SOAP, and MQ.

Roles and Responsibility

Case Management: Designing case life cycles, child cases, routing, and approvals.

User Interface (UI): Building portals, sections, and views using traditional rules or the React-based Constellation framework.

Data Management: Configuring Data Pages (scopes, modes, reload strategies) and data transforms.Business Logic & Rules: Implementing Declarative Rules (declare expressions, constraints), Decision Rules (when rules, trees, tables), and activities.

Integration: Connecting external systems via REST, SOAP, and MQ services.Administration & Deployment: Managing access groups, role-based access control (RBAC), ruleset locking/versioning, and background processing (job schedulers, queue processors).

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
