Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications; exceptional Excel and experience in Word and Outlook.
• ADP Workforce Now experience is an advantage.
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process hourly, flat rate/piece work and salaried payroll (semi-monthly and monthly).
• Work closely with Location Managers and HR to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain ADP payroll records and employee life cycle changes.
• Compute taxable benefits related to vehicles and insurance.
• Prepare Records of Employment and T4s.
• Produce monthly payroll reports and provide payroll inquiries support.
• Assist finance with reconciliations and schedules.
