Overview

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist who is an expert in ADP Workforce Now. If you’ve managed end-to-end payroll in ADP and you’re comfortable supporting day-to-day HR activities, we’d love to meet you.

Payroll responsibilities — primary focus

• Run full-cycle payroll using ADP Workforce Now (mandatory)
• Ensure accuracy of employee data, earnings, deductions, and pay adjustments
• Handle payroll validations, reconciliations, and reports
• Support year-end processes and respond to employee payroll questions
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with applicable payroll standards

HR support — nice-to-have / secondary

• Support recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, basic follow-ups
• Assist with HR admin tasks (employee documentation, onboarding support, file maintenance)
• Help with CNESST-related administrative follow-up and other small HR compliance tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

• Proven hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required - must be able to use it independently)
• Payroll experience in Québec (knowledge of local practices is a strong asset)
• French is required (English is an asset)
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information
• Comfortable working in a small team and jumping in where needed
