Job Summary:
Reporting to Manager, Payroll - the Payroll Specialist works in partnership with the Human Resources team and all department Managers and provides administrative support for Payroll functions. This role delivers superior customer service to all employees, liaises with external suppliers and provides support to organization's payroll and HR function. This role ensures legal compliance, accurate data entry and timely payroll processing.

The salary range is $50,000 to $70,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short-term incentives and health insurance, among others.
