GDI Ainsworth is seeking an experienced, hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Manager to establish and lead operations at our new central warehouse in Mississauga. This is a unique opportunity to build warehouse processes from the ground up while supporting one of Canada's leading integrated multi-trade service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and managing all warehouse operations that support multiple business units, including: Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Building Automation Systems (BAS) and GDI Cleaning Services, including Electric Motor Repair & Service Shop and Central Tool Crib Operations.
This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys creating efficient systems, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement.
The salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short‑term incentives and health insurance, among others.
