As a payroll specialist, you'll help our clients leverage ADP's exceptional business solutions so they can focus on what matters most to them – growing their business.
In this role, you will join a high‑performing team in ADP’s Human Resources Outsourcing department that provides support and guidance in response to a wide variety of payroll and tax‑related questions and issues presented by Client Payroll Administrators. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
Every day, you will utilize multiple tools and resources to develop accurate, comprehensive, and friendly responses to clients’ inquiries regarding payroll practices and tax considerations. The nature of what you do every day will not change — your #1 goal is to help clients. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you’ll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top‑ranked training will help to set you up for success!
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment. You are eager to learn and adapt well to change. You have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is CAD $59,300.00 - CAD $94,800.00 / Year*
In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and bonus at target. Although bonus has been calculated as part of the expected annual compensation for this role, bonus pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to business performance, individual annual performance, and company guidelines.
