Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Interest in data, admin processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency to communicate with English-speaking colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform validations and reconciliations of payroll-related data.
• Assist in preparation and follow-up of payroll files within deadlines.
• Produce and update reports using Excel and data tools.
• Document procedures and maintain payroll documentation.
