Job summary

Reliable Staffing in Vaughan, Canada is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead full-cycle payroll for union and non-union staff. You will supervise the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll and coordinate with HR on payroll-related matters.

The role requires strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Jonas, and a track record of managing high-volume payroll with integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, Payroll, or a related field; CPA is an asset.
• 8–10+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong experience with unionized and high-volume payroll.
• Knowledge of Canadian and interprovincial payroll.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required; Jonas experience is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
