Job summary

Reliable Staffing is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager in Vaughan, Ontario to lead full-cycle union and non-union payroll operations. You will oversee processing, timesheet audits, and year-end activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Canadian payroll legislation.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of payroll experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role, with ADP Workforce Now expertise (Jonas a plus).

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with unionized payroll and high-volume processing.
• Knowledge of Canadian and interprovincial payroll requirements.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, Payroll, or a related field; CPA is an asset.
• 8–10+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong experience with unionized and high-volume payroll.
• Knowledge of Canadian and interprovincial payroll.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required; Jonas experience is an asset.
